During our stay as a couple, we loved being just a short walk away from the breathtaking views of Squaw Valley Resort and the nearby Granite Chief area. The Kitzbuhel One-Bedroom Suite was spacious, and the mini-kitchen was a great feature that allowed us to cook our own meals. We enjoyed relaxing evenings by the pool and playing games outside, which were perfect for unwinding after our adventures. Despite the warm temperatures in the main room, we managed to make the best of it with the pull-out couch.

The mini-kitchen was super handy, but the room felt a bit dated.

Mini-kitchen provides flexibility for meals. Cozy bedroom setup allowed for some comfortable downtime.
Limited cooling made sleeping conditions uncomfortable, forcing a retreat to the pull-out couch in the back room for better ventilation. The room’s dated design stood out, making it feel less appealing despite its spaciousness.

Consider using the free shuttle to the gondola, which significantly eases access to the ski slopes and surrounding amenities.

The proximity to charming restaurants and breathtaking views added to our stay. The friendly staff created a warm atmosphere, and the mini-kitchen in our unit was perfect for preparing meals.
The outdoor corridor walls could use some cleaning, which detracted from the overall appeal.

great staff but room needs updates
The staff was friendly and super helpful throughout our three-night stay. The location is fantastic, being just a short walk to the ski area, which made accessing the slopes easy. The heating system worked exceptionally well, drying our clothes quickly after a day in the snow. We enjoyed having a mini-kitchen that offered us the flexibility to prepare meals, making our evenings more comfortable.
The room felt somewhat dated, which impacted the overall experience.

The staff was incredibly warm. loved the sauna and convenient shuttle to enjoy the nearby ski slopes. Having a mini-kitchen made meal prep easy, although the room felt a bit dated.
The outdoor pathways could use a bit more upkeep, but it didn't majorly impact our stay.
